These terms apply when you use 876ritzytoursja.com or book a transfer, tour, cruise excursion or nightlife ride with Ritzy Tours JA, Montego Bay, Jamaica ("we", "us"). By booking, you agree to them.

1. Our services

We provide private ground transportation in Jamaica: airport transfers from Sangster International Airport (MBJ), Montego Bay, cruise excursion transport from Falmouth Cruise Port, private tours and nightlife transportation. Unless we say otherwise, our price covers your private transport and driver, not entrance fees, activity tickets, food or drinks.

2. Quotes and prices

• Prices on our website are in US dollars. Airport transfers are per vehicle, for 1 to 4 passengers, one way, unless stated otherwise. Private tour prices depend on the starting point (Montego Bay, Falmouth, Ocho Rios or Negril).
• Prices can change. Your price is the one we confirm to you in writing (for example on WhatsApp or email) when you book.

3. Booking and payment

• A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it to you and receive your deposit.
• A small deposit is required to secure your booking. We tell you the amount when we confirm. The balance is due on arrival.
• We accept PayPal, Apple Pay, Cash App and cash.
• When online booking is available on our website, you can pay the deposit there by PayPal (currently 10% of the trip price). PayPal handles the payment and we never see your card details. Online deposits follow the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
• If you booked through a third party such as Viator, that platform's payment and cancellation terms apply to that booking.

4. Cancellations and changes

See our Cancellation and Refund Policy. In short: 48 hours or more notice gets a full deposit refund; less than 48 hours, the deposit is non-refundable; same-day cancellations and no-shows are not refunded; if your cruise ship does not dock because of weather or port authority decisions, your deposit is fully refunded.

5. Your responsibilities

• Give us correct details: names, number of guests, pickup place, date, time and flight or ship information. Tell us promptly about changes.
• Be ready at the agreed pickup time and place. Cruise guests are responsible for knowing their all-aboard time and sharing it with us.
• Alcoholic drinks offered on board (such as Red Stripe) are for guests 18 and over only. We may ask for ID.
• Treat the driver and vehicle with respect. We may end a ride, without refund, if a passenger's behaviour puts anyone's safety at risk or breaks the law.
• Children: tell us if you are travelling with children. Child seats: please ask when you book.

6. Timing and delays

We track flights and plan around cruise schedules, and we do our best to be on time. Travel times shown are estimates and can change with traffic, weather, roadworks or other things outside our control. We are not responsible for missed flights, sailings or activities caused by events outside our control, or by delays caused by passengers.

7. Luggage and belongings

Please keep valuables with you. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle, but we will try to help you get them back.

8. Third-party attractions

Attractions, venues, resorts and activity operators (for example waterfalls, rafting, ATV parks and clubs) are run by other businesses. Their rules, prices, opening hours and safety terms apply. We are not responsible for their services.

9. Liability

We operate with care. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid us for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Jamaican law.

10. Website use

Content on this site (text, photos, videos, logo) belongs to Ritzy Tours JA or is used with permission. Do not copy it for commercial use without our permission. Hotel names are used only to help you find your transfer; we are not affiliated with those hotels unless stated.

11. Reviews and photos

If you send us photos or reviews, you allow us to share them on our website and social media. Tell us if you would rather we did not, and we will remove them.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica.
