Ritzy Tours JA wants everyone to be able to use our website and book a ride with us, including people with disabilities.
Our goal
We aim for our website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we have done
- One clear main heading on each page and a logical heading order.
- Text alternatives (alt text) for images.
- Colour contrast checked for text and buttons.
- The site works with a keyboard, with visible focus outlines.
- Form fields have clear labels and error messages.
- Videos play muted and can be paused. Background motion is reduced if your device asks for reduced motion.
- The site language is set to English.
- The site works on phones and lets you zoom.
Known limits
- Some content comes from other services, such as Instagram embeds, maps and WhatsApp. We do not control how accessible those are.
- Older photos may not all have detailed descriptions yet. We are fixing these.
Booking help and our vehicles
If you or someone in your group needs extra help, such as more time getting in and out, space for a folding wheelchair or mobility aid, or a particular pickup spot, tell us when you book and we will do our best to help.
